BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

Each SommTrails journey is designed according to the traveler’s preferences and is subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed once the conditions included in the personalized proposal have been accepted and any required payment has been received.

PAYMENTS

Payment requirements, deadlines and applicable conditions will be provided as part of each personalized journey proposal. Any relevant payment details will be communicated clearly before the traveler confirms the booking.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the services included in each journey. Specific terms will be communicated to the traveler before the booking is confirmed.

Some services provided by third parties may be subject to their own cancellation and refund policies.

CHANGES TO YOUR JOURNEY

Requests to modify travel dates, number of guests, activities or other elements of an itinerary are subject to availability and may result in changes to the original proposal or price.

SommTrails will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes whenever possible.

WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS

Patagonia’s weather and local conditions can be unpredictable. For safety reasons or due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, park restrictions or service availability, it may be necessary to adjust an itinerary.

Whenever reasonably possible, SommTrails will communicate changes promptly and seek a suitable alternative.

TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking, carrying the travel documents required for their journey, arriving at agreed meeting points on time and following reasonable safety instructions provided during an experience.

Travelers should communicate in advance any relevant requirements that may affect participation in a requested activity.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some personalized journeys may include services operated by independent third-party providers. These may include transportation, accommodation, navigation, activities or other local services.

Where applicable, those services may be subject to the provider’s own availability, operating conditions and policies.
